You can print a receipt for a payment/deposit only once, which is during the process of logging the payment/deposit on the system.
The option to ‘print receipt’ will show up when entering a payment using the ‘Payment’ button when the patient has an unpaid amount, as well as when utilising the deposit feature.
Once the ‘print receipt’ is enabled, select save, and this will navigate you to a pop-up window outside of Aerona, on your local device. You can either choose to print or save as PDF, by updating the destination path and selecting save.
