View Received SMS

To view the list of unread received SMS messages from patients, follow the steps outlined below:

Navigate to the Communication Section  > Received SMS (see below):

From here the SMS can be marked as ‘read’ by selecting the ‘Mark as Read’ icon under the Action column. 

Only unread received SMS will appear in the received SMS section. 

Users will also see an SMS icon appear beneath their name to the top right of Aerona to advise there are unread messages. See below:

Selecting this icon will take them to the received SMS section. 

All received Yes & No SMS responses including historic (marked as read) can be viewed on the Communication Response Report, which has a date filter.

Go to Reports > Patient > Communication Response Report (See below):
