The steps listed below will assist with updating the status of an appointment to 'Cancelled'.
From the Appointment section of Aerona, locate and select the patient and appointment you wish to cancel. Once this has been selected, navigate to the cog wheel to update the status of the appointment. See below example:
From the list of appointment status’ which populates, select the appropriate option to cancel the appointment. There is the option to select cancelled by practice or cancelled by patient.(See below)
Finally, choose the relevant cancelled status; once chosen, the appointment status will be updated and reflected with a colour change.
