Design & Sign is an integrated feature within Aerona that allows users i.e. clinicians, patients, receptionists etc. to design their own forms, whether it’s for consent, medical or informational reasons and send them to the patient to electronically sign/complete.
Patients can access these forms, from two portals:
- Internally within the practice via the Practice Portal, usually via a practice tablet.
- Externally on their own device via the Patient Portal: the patient registers through the Patient Portal to log on and access their own forms to electronically sign/complete (as well as make payments and appointments).
To access the Design & Sign feature once activated, simply follow the below steps:
Navigate to the Admin section > Design & Sign > Form Template:
From here, you can then begin creating and customising your own consents/documents by right clicking on the 'Forms' folder to send to patients for them to digitally complete and sign. Please see below:
