This happens when the clinician or user that is completing the patient's treatment selects an appointment with another clinician. E.g. in the below example an appointment at 10 am with Hygienist Jenny instead of a 9 am Appointment with Dentist Louise.

To fix this, you will firstly need to un-allocate the money that is attached to the treatment by following the steps in the below article:
Once the money has been un-allocated you will then be able to delete the treatment via the 'Treatment' section or the 'Purchases' section. After this has been completed, you will then be able to put through the treatment again under the correct clinician's appointment and complete it.
If the treatment was completed in the past we would recommend adding a consultation note to explain the correct date of completion.
The next step then is to allocate the money to the treatment again via the 'Patient' > 'Financial' > 'Overview' screen.
