The Patient pop-up notes are an efficient way of notifying the user of essential information relating to that patient.
To begin, simply navigate to the Appointment section of Aerona and select a patient:
Click on the Patient Note icon to the right of the patient's name > > Select your Note Category from the dropdown and input the desired note text, then Check the 'Popup' box underlined below:
The drop-down located next to 'Popup' box allows you to select a user group to assign the note to. This will only alert individuals within that specific User group of this information. Please see more details on how to create User Groups here!
Click save and you have now successfully created a Pop-up note, which will display like below:
These Notes will now pop up when a patient is first selected in the main appointment book screen and when a clinician marks the patient as being 'In Clinic' from the waiting room area of the Treatment section.
