Importing a document designed for communicating with a patient into Aerona is easy.
Navigate to the Communication section and select the Email / Document Template sub-section.
Select the 'Plus' sign highlighted below to create a new template.
This will bring us to a content creation area where in which Import Document can be selected.
This will open the file explorer allowing you to select any Word Document file to be imported.
After selecting your document the content box will populate and you can edit the Template name and subject as well as the content.
Once your document is as desired, select Save and you have now successfully imported your new template to be sent to patients.
