Task Management Feature
The Task Management Feature is a very useful feature that allows users to be able to assign tasks to:
- Your own user.
- Another User.
- A User Group.
This can be done by selecting the Task Management Icon located directly underneath the user that is logged into Aerona. See below:
To assign a task to your own user or another user, simply select 'New Task' option > Enter a Title and Description > Enter a Due Date and a Start Alerts Date > 'Save'. See below:
There also is the option of assigning the task to a user group. To do this simply leave the user field as 'none' and select the applicable user group. See below:
Once you have selected 'Save' the number of user tasks will update. See below:
Lead Management
What is a lead?
A lead refers to contact with a potential patient. This could be via phone call, email, walk in, social media and so forth.
This lead has an interest in what treatment/products your practice provides. The interest is expressed by sharing contact information, like an email or phone number.
Adding a Lead Patient
Select Add Patient > Update contact information > Update status to lead > 'Save'. See below:
It is very useful when adding a lead to get as much information as possible from the patient as this will help with communication, reporting and also the analytics feature of Aerona.
For more information see How to Add a Lead Patient.
Following up with Lead Patients
The task management feature also works very well in conjunction with Lead Management. Users can follow up on their Leads. This can be done by following the below steps:
Select Patient > Select Task Management Feature > New Task > Enter in Task Information > Link Task to Patient by checking the icon located beside their name > 'Save'. See below:
Once this task has been added, a task icon will appear located to the left of the patient's name indicating this patient has been linked to a task. See below:
Users can follow up with the lead for example: send out information/ give them a call and when they have booked in for an appointment the user can then update the patient’s status to active.
Communicating to Lead Patients
Another way that patient’s can follow up and manage their leads is by communicating with them directly through Aerona. This can be by SMS, Letter or Email. This can be done by firstly creating your communication template by following the steps in the below articles:
How to Create an Email/Document Template
Once you have created the communication template you can then communicate with the lead patient's by following the steps in the below article:
