How to Set Up Automatic Appointment Confirmation

Within Aerona, practices can set up automatic appointment confirmation by following the steps below: 

Go to 'Communication' > 'Setup'. See below:

Automatic appointment confirmation can then be set by selecting the tick box beside 'Configure Automatic Appointment Confirmation'. See below:

You can then select if you would like to send out automatic SMS or/and emails to patients. To do this, simply select the checkbox beside the option/s that you would like. 

Once you are happy with the setup, simply select 'Save', and this will turn on the automatic process.
