Once you have authenticated your account you will then be able to set up mandates.
To Set- Up a mandate simply follow the below steps:
Go to 'Patient' > 'Financial' > 'Go Cardless' > Select 'Set up Mandate'. See below:
You will then be redirected to the GoCardless mandate form. Fill out the required information and follow the onscreen instruction to complete your mandate set up.
Once the set-up has been complete, a message will appear to show that the set-up was a success, along with information specific to that mandate. See below:
Options will also be present to cancel the mandate in two ways. The Cancel Mandate (Go cardless), allows you to cancel the mandate for both GoCardless and Aerona. The cancel mandate (Aerona) provides the ability to cancel mandate via Aerona only. Once either option is selected, a confirmation will appear, select yes to complete cancellation.
