How to make a Patient Recall Exempt

The steps listed below can be used to exclude patients from receiving recalls for a clinician type or all clinician types.

Find the Patient > Choose the Edit Patient Recalls Icon (see below).

If you want to stop the patient from being recalled for a clinician type, make sure the option is checked under ‘Patient is recall exempt for clinician type’  to enable it. The patient is exempt from recalls when this is checked for that clinician type.(See below)

Finally, select ‘Update Recalls’ and the patient recalls will be updated.
